Important Notice to Prospective Nominees
The Port Macquarie Golf Club operates under the triennial rule.
The triennial rule is pursuant to the Registered Clubs Act 1976. 
In the triennial ballot the 3 directors elected this year will be elected to 
to a term of 3 years.
The club has received the resignation of Executive Director Peter Stephens
who leaves his office mid term, causing a vacancy for the position of Treasurer
for the remainder of the term, being two years.
Therefore pursuant to Section 15.3 of the Club's Constitution, an  additional
nomination and ballot will be conducted to fill the office of Treasurer
for two years.
Nominations will be accepted for the position of President and 
two Directors for a period of three years, and for one Treasurer for a 
period of two years.
2009 Voting Proceedure
The ballot for election to the Board of Directors of the Port Macquarie Golf Club 
Limited will be conducted in the clubhouse during the hours of 10.00am and 6.00pm 
from Tuesday 13 October 2009 to Saturday 17 October 2009.
Postal Voting:
May be issued on request.
Absentee Voting:
Only issued if member will be absent during designated voting time.
Voting Rights:
Only Ordinary (Playing, Life and Foundation) members are entitled to vote.
